About Us
Glenn Harper
Managing Director
Following a grammar school education and a degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management from Portsmouth University, Glenn began his working career in 1994 by gaining a position with a large quantity surveying and procurement firm in central London. It was here that Glenn gained valuable and extensive experience in managing some of the capital's most prestigious projects at the time, including the British Museum and London Underground, prior to taking over the reins at Harpers. During this time Glenn carried on studying and became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2001.
Glenn enjoys football, cycling and running, plus the occasional round of golf, and also manages a local junior football team in his spare time. He lives in Sevenoaks with his wife and their four children.

Chris Harper acts as a consultant where he is able to provide assistance and experience gained over the last 50 years.
Stuart Harper
Operations Director
Stuart graduated from Brighton University with a Building Surveying and Management degree in 1999, following his grammar school education in Sidcup. After a brief period travelling abroad, Stuart settled in Brighton and joined a local and well-known surveying company in Hove, where he was able to gain crucial and hands-on experience in all types of land and building surveying in the surrounding area. In 2003, Stuart joined his brother to become Operations Director at Harpers, and now shares the management of our rapidly expanding company.
Stuart's hobbies include cycling, walking, rugby and sailing and he also sits on the Board of Governors at his local school. He now lives near Henfield in Sussex with his wife and their 3 children.
Ed Garvey, and our newest recruit, Aidan Cobb, head our Contracts Management Team with Chris Azzopardi assisting them, whilst Warren Thornton heads our Mechanical and Electrical Teams. Each are long term and dedicated key staff with a wealth of experience.
