After 20 years of fund raising and 6 years of planning Harpers have started construction work at Ightham Recreation Ground for a new £500K Scout headquarters and changing rooms for Ightham Football Club .

The final structure will look like a classic barn designed not to stand out in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  The barn will include a meeting room, 3 changing rooms and a store room.  It is anticipated that the project will take 9 months to complete.
