CDM & CIS changes. Since April 2007 there are two major changes to the construction industry. The first (Construction Design & Management) Regulations 2007) change relates to Health & Safety. In the past Surveyors and Contractors were responsible for maintaining health & safety on site but recent changes have switched emphasis to the client and even designers of construction projects.
