Refurbishment and Alteration

We have recently undertaken several large scale, full refurbishments of town houses for a Housing Association client in South London as part of their housing stock upgrade.

New Eltham Methodist Church

 

GAH were commissioned for the design and build refurbishment works at this church, which included a new balcony seating area and feature lighting.

The Leas Water Lift, Folkestone

 

During 2011 we were proud to act as main contractor for the restoration of the Leas Water Lift in Folkestone.  This work involved specialist water lift engineering as well as restoration of the lift cars and the station building.  This work was recognised with our ICE Award Winner Certificate.
